About This Project

The Hotel Internal Supervision System digitizes the entire supervision lifecycle inside a hotel - from planning daily rounds to tracking every corrective action. A Laravel backend powers a Flutter field app for workers and a React admin dashboard for management.

Every supervision round becomes a checklist with real-time progress, and every issue is turned into an assignable, trackable task. Managers get live statistics on compliance and completion rates, making the entire operation transparent and accountable.
